Carmen Tideswell is a lecturer in the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at Griffith University. Her Ph.D addressed the issue of how extensively international visitors travel within Australia and how their itineraries are structured from a multi-destination perspective. She was previously employed in the Centre for Tourism and Hotel Management Research from 1994 to 1998 during which time she worked on a number of research and consulting projects for industry and government organisations. Carmen’s current research interests include tourism demand analysis, tourism forecasting, customer loyalty to hotels and tourism destinations along with other general issues in tourism and hospitality marketing.
